Tin free steel Coil (TFS) is an electrolytic chromium plated steel consisting of a thin layer of chromium and a layer of chromium oxide deposited on a cold rolled sheet steel base (black plate) which gives it a beautiful, lustrous metallic finish on both sides.

Electrolytic chromium coated steel sheet also called Tin Free Steel, chromium coating thin steel sheet, and the English abbreviation is TFS and ECCS.

Chromium coating plays a main and important role in preventing corrosion and rust. Tin Free Steel Coil have the strength and formability of steel, and have the corrosion resistance, tin solder-ability and beautiful appearance.
